Sweet Grilled Peaches & Goat Cheese

Grilled peaches and goat cheese anyone? This easy appetizer or dessert is the perfect addition to any summer grill out.

Anyone else love grilled fruit? Christy was introduced to this treat from her neighbors, who soon became family and they have since shared weekly family dinners together. When peaches are in season (July and August time-frame in Seattle), we are all for making the most of it and getting creative in the kitchen. This is such an easy appetizer to please guests or make for the fam in a matter of minutes.
Serves 3-6
The Goods:
3 Peaches
1 Tbsp EVOO
6 Tbsp Goat Cheese
Optional: Pinch of Sea Salt and Basalmic Vinegar

How To:
  1. Cut Each peace in half, stem side up.
  2. Lightly cover in EVOO.
  3. Place on grill for approx. 10-15  minutes or until fork tender, flipping halfway.
  4. Place a whopping spoonful of goat cheese in the middle.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle with sea salt and basalmic vinegar, serve as a dessert or starter!
