Whiskey Tango Sipper
Everyone should know how to make a great cocktail. Let us share our whiskey sipper with you.
We know the hard kombucha trend is here, but we love using kombucha in our own cocktails. This whiskey cocktail is sure to warm you up on the coldest day. Ives and Andy make these regularly in Autumn and Winter months as a happy hour treat after work or when entertaining friends on the weekend. If you are feeling fancy, you can even reserve a lemon twist to garnish the glasses and have friends asking all about your bartending skills.
Prepares 2 cocktails
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 part whiskey (3 oz)
Juice of a lemon
1 tsp organic agave or honey
3 parts ginger-lemon kombucha (9 oz)
ice cubes for shaking and serving
- Add ice (3-4 cubes), whiskey, lemon, and agave to shaker. Cover and shake vigorously until outside of shaker has condensation/gets chilled.
- Put 1 large cocktail ice cube in each whiskey tumbler glass and divide whiskey mixture between the two. Top off each glass with kombucha and stir to combine.
- Rub outside of glass with lemon peel. Then twist lemon peel and garnish on top of glass. Enjoy this sip by sip!
