Travel Upper Body Mini Band Moves
Need a quick upper body at-home or travel workout? This workout is perfect to feel the burn and all you need is a light to medium resistance mini loop band.
With at-home being the only place you have to workout, I wanted to share 8 upper body mini band moves that I love and can be added to any workout. No matter what season of life you are in, it's so helpful to have easy go to moves that can be performed anywhere with the lightest piece of equipment out there.
Equipment needed: light to medium resistance mini loop band
Workout time: 16-24 minutes

Perform these moves either interval based. 30 seconds on with a 30 second rest between each move, 45 second with a 15 second rest, or 60 second with 10 second rest. You can also perform this workout rep based. Performing anywhere from 12-15 reps of each move depending on where you are at. Repeat 2X, resting 1 minute between each circuit.
